Privacy for a small public-records product.

We keep the data footprint narrow: billing info is handled by Stripe, subscription and support state live in our Cloudflare worker, and the underlying venue records come from public Chicago sources.

What we collect

  • billing email and Stripe subscription identifiers
  • recipient emails you enter on the manage page
  • support emails sent to support@, hello@, or billing@
  • basic site and API request logs needed to operate the service

What we do not collect

  • personal contact enrichment for venue owners
  • private venue data that is not in the City source
  • payment card numbers in our own systems

Processors and infrastructure

Payments run through Stripe. Subscription state, support state, and the product site run on Cloudflare. If you email support, that message may be processed by automated systems so the inbox can be triaged and replied to quickly.
